Privacy
Physily is run by Octyde Inc. This note covers this website, physily.com, while Physily is in development. When the product opens, it will have its own privacy policy.
What we collect
From the waitlist forms we store:
- your email address;
- what you'd like to make, if you tell us;
- which option describes you best (maker, seller, company, investor or just curious), if you choose one, and which form you used;
- the date you signed up.
The site sets no cookies. Its fonts, images and scripts come from our own server, and we use no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Like most websites, our server also keeps a standard access log (your IP address, the page you asked for and the time) to keep the site running and secure. We delete these logs after 14 days.
Why we collect it
To invite you from the waitlist and to tell you when Physily launches. Counts of sign-ups by role, with no names or emails, may appear in our updates to investors. If you told us what you'd make, we may write to ask a little more about it, because it helps us decide what to build first. We won't send you anything else.
Who sees it
Only the Physily team. We don't sell it or share it. It's stored on our own server in the United States. Cloudflare, our network provider, carries the site's traffic, so your IP address and what you send pass through its network on the way to our server.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until 12 months after Physily's public launch if you haven't created an account by then, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Email hello@physily.com to see what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. We'll reply within 30 days. Every email we send also tells you how to stop hearing from us.
Changes
If we change this note, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email address, we'll tell you by email first.
